National Laundry Equipment, LLC will install a brand new Aquawing Ozone system in its Ashland City location during the week of February 18, 2019. We are very excited about this installation for a variety of reasons, however the improved cleanliness of our wash wheels and the improved wash quality for our customers is paramount. Aquawing Ozone Systems are the best of the best, and we couldn’t be prouder to be handling and using their products.
1. Section Includes: a. Automatic Ozone System for On-Premise Laundry washer-extractors
2. System Description:
a. Compact Modular Ozone system fits all washer extractors and room conditions
b. Patented Variable Ozone regulates ozone levels in washer and guarantees bug kill. System must maintain 1.00PPM of ozone in the wash wheel, every step of the cycle and complete wash cycle, validating bug kill
c. Validated Ozone (VO3) monitors the sensors mounted at each washer and when necessary ozone levels have been achieved & maintained for a set time, the VO3 notifies users that disinfection & sanitization have been achieved with a green light mountable on the washer. This is the only system validates ozone is in the wash wheel.
d. A redundant ozone sensor insures that the off-gas level (if any) of the room stays well below safety standards
e. Patented Variable ozone constantly works to make up for operator and cycle errors such as under loading, overloading, cycle selection, chemical amounts and soil levels
f. System upgradeable for larger or additional washers
g. Systems modular design allows for new technology upgrades
h. Patented Interfusor injector with Patented static mixing chamber reliably infuses ozone
