Hi [REDACTED]! Just a note, I believe there may be a misunderstanding about the complicated nature of building laundromats in the modern environment. National Laundry Equipment prides itself on excellence, and we will not order equipment until we have intimate understanding of the timing for architectural work, MEPs, codes, construction, and utility work. Each piece must be negotiated, drawn to contract, and implemented.
National Laundry Equipment will not order equipment without understanding timing on these issues. We understand that the customer has a significant period of time of deferred payment and interest only. That time, however, should not be used with equipment sitting in NLE’s warehouse. That time is specifically for ramp up, learning the business, and development of a customer base. Our perfect record of 100% profitable laundromats stands as testament to our commitment to the customer, and we will do nothing to endanger their success for a quick sale.
In regards to [REDACTED], [REDACTED] has contacted them multiple times. They have complained to us on multiple occasions that they feel rushed to purchase equipment. Please explain to [REDACTED] sales representatives that NLE is to be trusted, that we are extremely capable, and that we maintain a stellar record of customer support and interaction. We would like all questions about NLE laundromat deals to be directed through NLE staff, not through the customer themselves.
