Our hearts go out to all the laundromat owners, employees, and communities affected by the recent hurricanes. We understand that laundromats play a crucial role in disaster recovery, providing essential services when people need them most. As part of our recovery efforts, we want to offer our support without adding to your burden.
This relief program is specifically for existing laundromat owners looking to retool their operations. Below are the details of the program designed to help you rebuild and restore your laundromat as smoothly as possible.
FEMA Designated Disaster Area:
In qualifying counties for states of FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.
Qualifications:
● The laundromat must be in a FEMA designated disaster area
● Retool projects only (new builds and orders on hand excluded)
Proposed Terms:
● Rate: 8.25% – Loans will be Fixed for 60 months with a 1-time rate reset at month 61 to Prime plus 2.00% and fixed for the remaining term.
● Term: up to 120 months
● Deferred/Interest Only: No payments for the first 6 months
● No Documentation Fees / Cash Collateral: Waived
● Prepayment Fee: No prepayment in first 24 months, may prepay anytime thereafter
*Terms and Conditions are subject to credit approval
The 120-month term is available for purchases of $250k or more
Customer must take delivery of equipment by 12/31/24
